Grilled chicken, sausages, grilled fish, raw fish in coconut milk, salads and fruit platter.
Ahi Ma'a Veal Buffet
4 200 F/ person
Veal Ahi Ma'a – traditional Polynesian underground-oven cooking – white beans, potato gratin, rice salad, raw fish in coconut milk and fruit platter.
- Access to the grounds from 8 am to 5 pm
- Meal served at 12 pm
- A JBL PartyBox speaker is provided when renting the grounds
